Regulations on health and education service fees
Two regulations dated 1 April 2025 set the registration and renewal fees for health facilities and education institutions.
The Minister of Finance has issued two regulations under Article 88(1) of the Inland Revenue Law (Law No. 2/2023):
- Regulation on Health Service Fees — licence fees for pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and other health facilities. For example, a private wholesale pharmacy (grade A) pays US$1,000 to register and US$500 to renew.
- Regulation on Education Service Fees — licence fees for schools and other education institutions. For example, a Qur'anic school or nursery pays US$100 to register and US$100 to renew.
