Laws, regulations, tariffs and budget acts now available online
Taxpayers, businesses and citizens can now download the Ministry's financial laws, regulations, tax tariffs and budget appropriation acts free of charge.
As part of its commitment to transparency, the Ministry of Finance has published its main legal and budget documents on this website.
What is available
- Laws — including the Public Financial Management Law (Law No. 1/2023), the Inland Revenue Law (Law No. 2/2023), the Budget Policy Law and the law establishing the Ministry.
- Regulations — on business profit tax, rental income tax, vehicle tax, service fees, travel allowances, cash management and the Accountant General's Office.
- Tariffs — the inland tax tariff and the customs tariff.
- Budgets — the Budget Appropriation Acts for 2024 and 2025 and the 2023 mini-budget.
All documents can be found on the Laws & Regulations and Publications pages and downloaded free of charge.
